Adesewa Adeoye has over 20 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer. She began her legal career at Deji Sasegbon & Co., where she worked on corporate law, civil litigation, commercial transactions, and intellectual property matters. She has also worked with leading law firms in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, including F.O. Akinrele & Co., Clifford Chance, Herbert Smith Freehills, and SJ Berwin LLP.
Adesewa is a specialist in corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. She advises boards and senior management on governance frameworks, regulatory obligations, and complex commercial matters, with particular strength in company secretarial practice and board advisory work.
