Aderonke Osho has spent nearly two decades in the business of making financial services firms work, to be operationally sound, regulatory compliant, and built to grow.
As Executive Director of Operations at Utica Capital Limited, a SEC-licensed asset management firm, she holds responsibility for the operational integrity of the entire business.
Her oversight spans people, process, compliance, technology, and governance that is the infrastructure that determines whether a firm can deliver on its promises to clients and regulators alike.
She has been part of Utica Capital’s growth story from the early days, building its client service and business development functions, securing SEC approvals for investment products, launching its public mutual fund, and supporting AUM growth from ₦1 billion to ₦22 billion. Her work has always sat at the intersection of execution and strategy: turning direction into systems, and systems into results.
Prior to her current role, she held operations and wealth management positions at GTL Trustees and SCM Capital, where she managed client portfolios, led regulatory reporting, and developed internal frameworks that raised service standards across both organisations.
She holds a B.Sc. in Insurance from the University of Lagos and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers; a combination that grounds her equally in commercial thinking and regulatory discipline.
Aderonke believes that consistency and tenacity are the real drivers of long-term performance in people, in organisations, and in the work she brings to every role she holds.
