Okpapi is a thorough-bred Information Technology Professional, Project Manager and Business Executive with expertise in Project Management, Program Management, Systems Analysis, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting and General Management.

Okpapi managed projects for Veloplus where he designed Virtual Private Networks for Private and Public Organizations. He also managed the Project delivery for the first 3.5 GHz WIMAX project in Nigeria.

Okpapi spearheaded the business expansion initiatives for Vatebra in the African region. Launching Vatebra Businesses in Sierra Leone, Kenya and Uganda, providing Project Management Leadership and Information Systems Consultancy to Vatebra’s Clients. Okpapi recently completed the ERP (SAP) Project execution for Saskatchewan Blue Cross, Canada in her Digital Transformation Program across the Organization.

Okpapi currently provides Technology Project Management Expertise in ISM a Kyndryl Company across her Applications and Consulting Services Business Unit in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Okpapi is also a Non- Executive Director at Utica Capital Limited, where he provides advisory in Legal & Ethical Compliance, Digital Transformation, Strategic Direction, and Oversight.

Okpapi holds a BEng in Electrical Electronics Engineering from the University of Agriculture Makurdi, Nigeria and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Wales, Wales. Okpapi is a Certified Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master. He has attended many management courses, seminars, and workshops, both locally and internationally. He is a member of the Institute of Management, Project Management Institute, Scrum Alliance, Data Management Association (DAMA), and the Toastmasters International. Okpapi is also a competitive Tennis Player.

Okpapi currently holds the prestigious award of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) which represents the highest level of educational achievement in Toastmasters International.
